I want to create a strategy for RSI Higher high and higher low / swing and Trend channel could you help on creating the same.

The trend channel can be drawn from a script and the data for the anchor points can be accessed through the properties of the drawing tool:

The MAX method can be used to find the maximum value of any series, pass in the RSI to find a max value over a period.
