    Trying to exit based on Unrealized P/L

    I'm trying to exit all positions when a market condition happens OR Unrealized P&L is greater than 3% of some arbitrary number. I have tried a number of things with no luck

    Here is the code I have. Am I using this right?

    Code:
    			if (MarketCondition == 4 ||
    				PositionAccount.GetUnrealizedProfitLoss(PerformanceUnit.Percent, 1000) == .03)
    			{
    				ExitLong(@"PANIC-Exit8", @"LE8");
    So the idea is if the account is $1000 and P&L reaches 3% of 1000 then exit.
    Clearly I'm doing something wrong because no matter how I formulate this, I only get the exit based on the MarketCondition - not the P&L exit.

    Hello ShruggedAtlas,

    Thanks for the note.

    The price parameter is the value that is compared with the entry price of the order. Typically this is the last close price. You would need to make your own function to compare your PnL in currency against an arbitrary amount of money.

    Below is a description of how PnL is calculated in all different forms.

    Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
