Strategy changes the chart

When I apply the strategy to the chart it changes the way the price bars are displayed.
It still does it after I reset the Data series preset

Thank you for the post.

It looks like you are plotting a 0 value and also have AutoScale enabled. The chart is accommodating the values you are trying to display.

The indicator or plot appears to have a value close to 0 but the instrument being used does not. You would need to use a second panel for this plot or use Scale Justification Overlay to avoid having an autoscale range of 0 - 58.

Is the plot coming from your strategy specifically or is this an indicator which is plotting the 0 line?

The indicator is plotted by the strategy (with the strategy builder) and until recently it used to plot in a separate panel

Thank you for the reply.

In this case the strategy is adding the indicator but it seems the indicator is programmed to be IsOverlay = true. I cant say why it would have changed recently, perhaps the indicator was updated or edited?

To use this with the builder you would need to edit the indicator so that is makes its own panel.

If this is an indicator you have the code for you just need to change the IsOverlay to false and then remove/re add the strategy from where it is applied.
