Connection Loss - Strategy Management

Hello

I am in a trade and holding the position over the weekend. The connection to the broker (continuum) was lost but the position is still open and the hard stop and target are still showing working under orders. However there is a trailing stop that is part of the strategy which does not reside with the broker.

I had options set to
"keep strategy running" on internet loss
also set "not to cancel any entry or exit orders" if strategy is disabled

I have read the help files on synchronizing accounts

In this case which would be better to set "Start Behavior" to...

Immediately submit, synchronize account
or
Wait until flat, synchronize account

Hello Stefan,

What would be better would depend on what you want to have happen.

If you want a strategy to resume, add intra-bar granularity and use immediately submit (optionally with the synchronize account).
