OnStateChange Error when loading

Ok, first I am very new to coding especially in C#, I'm trying to develop a Strategy using the attached file. It compiles without issue but will not show up in the strategy list when I go to select it. I see this error in the log "Strategy 'TheSimpleStrategy': Error on calling 'OnStateChange' method: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I'm trying to learn coding so I don't want anyone to fix it for me but if someone could tell me what's wrong I would greatly appreciate it. I've been stuck on this for two days now and can't for the life of me figure out what's not right.

Never mind, I just figured it out. My variables were in the wrong section!!!!
