Session Close in Strategy

Session close will sometimes occur at different times of the day when there is a holiday coming up. How can the strategy automatically know that a session close has occurred? I'm exiting positions at the close of session and I want to reset all variables. I'm using the Ninjatrader 8 strategy builder.

Thanks for your post.

In NinjaTrader8 if you are using the trading hours assigned to the instrument then the strategy will correctly work with the trading hours in terms of the session close.

In the strategy builder, you could access in the conditions builder Misc>First bar of session = true as a trigger to reset your variables.
