Exit All Long Position not working properly

Hi,

I'm new to NinjaTrader 8 and am currently experimenting with strategies.

In this strategy I'm trying to exit long on all current positions when the bid price is less than the current day open price.
However, the program only exits long by 1 when the condition happens. Can you tell me how to exit on all current position?

Example:

I want to exit long by 3 when the price first crossed below the yellow dotted line

Data series used: ES12-19 (1 minute)
