To find the lowest bar you could use LowestBar instead of MIN:

NinjaScript > Language Reference > Common > Analytical > LowestBar()

LowestBar() - Analytical

The sample demonstrates getting both the BarsAgo for the lowest bar and the price from that datapoint.
