Dynamic custom input parameters in the UI

Hi NinjaTrader support forum.

Unfortunately, I could not find anything on this subject, so I ask for your help.

For a better user-friendliness I would like to have dynamic custom input parameters in the UI like default parameters "Order fill resolution" or "Set order quantity".
My goal is that certain settings only show certain parameters. If not, they should be hidden.

Like when you select "Default quantity" in the parameter "Set order quantity" Parameter "Default quantity" is displayed.
But when you select "Strategy" in "Set order quantity" the parameter "Default quantity" are hidden.

I was wondering how to make some custom options greyed out in the strategy UI panel, but this example covers many more cases as well of a dynamic UI.

This job is kind of hard, and even if it's not impossible to do it alone, I always prefer to work with a team of specialized UX and UI designers on it, especially when it's for a big project. My advice would be to fire some professionals if you don't have anybody willing to do the work. Whenever I need to form a team for any sort of UI project, particularly when it requires the use of dynamic custom input parameters, I turn to designers for hire. They never fail to do the job well, and I always hire them from a company that provides the best specialists.
