Submitted an order that generated the following error 'Order rejected'

    Dear Team,
I met this issue this morning.

    I'm using strategy builder.

The structure of my strategy is when system is still in the long round ,if the condition matches the entry short signal, system will entry short directly,no need exit the long first.May this be the reason of order rejected?

In the same way, when the system still in the short round,if the condition matches the entry long signal, system will entry long directly,no need exit the short first.

    If this maybe the reason.

Please let me know how to solve this.

    Will it help,if I add this condition into the short signal:current position != short;
in the same way add current position != Long; in the long signal ?

    Really appreciate your help!

    Hello williamzz,

    Thanks for your post.

Are you using market orders such as EnterLong() and EnterShort()?

Are you using any of the set methods, such as SetProfitTarget(), SetStop() and/or SetTrailsTop()?

Do you have any other exit conditions?

      Yes,I'm using market orders.

For Entry Long I use stop loss.

For Entry Short I have profit target and stop loss.

I have some exit long and short conditions.

        Hello williamzz,

        Thanks for your reply.

Please send your log and trace files into PlatformSupport so we can look at these files to see what order was rejected.

Mark the e-mail Atten:Paul and include Ticket# 2248370 in the subject line.

Also, include a link to this thread in the body of the e-mail.

To send the log and trace files:
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
