Trailing stop o ATM en el wizard

cómo puedo colocar un trailing stop que al llegar el precio a 7 tiks de beneficio se ponga mi stop en break seven en en mi estrategia automática en el wizard de Ninjatrader7?

Y cómo puedo establecer órdenes semiautomaticas que me permitan mover el stop y el target manualmente?

Are you referring to only ATM strategies, NinjaScript strategies or both?

ATM strategies can have breakevens and Auto Trails configured as a Stop Strategy. Please see the documentation below for examples on setting up both Auto Breakevens and Auto Trails for ATM strategies. This will show you how to set a profit trigger for 7 ticks which then moves your stop to Breakeven or to AutoTrail. Auto Trails are updated based on "Frequency" or the number of ticks in profit we need to see before we can update the stop loss.

For NinjaScript strategies, this will will involve creating your own logic to control Exit methods under Conditions and Actions. The Strategy Wizard only allows simple overloads for order methods, which have to be called again on each bar update to keep the order alive, or in other words, everytime the logic is processed.
