Emails delayed

Hello,
I have a strategy that sends emails normally, but sometimes it happens that one of those emails is sent with a delay of one or two hours. To what is due? How can I make sure the email is sent at the moment my strategy triggers the signal? Regards and thanks in advance.

In most cases, delays in receiving emails are not caused by them not being sent at the proper time, but rather, on the receiving end.

Here's a publicly available link that goes over some of the reasons you might not receive an email right away (note, some of this is specific to this host, but most of it is applicable to all email providers):

I would suggest trying their steps for analyzing the header of the received email to see if you can pinpoint where the delay lies.
