ConnectionLossHandling.StopStrategy - Clarification
If "ConnectionLossHandling.StopStrategy" is enabled via the options tab what exactly happens to your live positions if the connection is lost and the strategy is disabled. Is this is the equivalent of "flatten and disable everything" or does it just prevent any new positions from being put on because obviously that is not possible when the strategy is not enabled. If this doesn't flatten every open position is there a way to enable this upon disconnect if a connection is not reestablished within the specified time window?Last edited by gordongekko; 04-04-2018, 02:05 PM.Tags: None

Hello gordongekko,
If the connection is lost with handling set to Stop Strategy, the strategy will be disabled and no action will be taken when a connection is reestablished.
You could see the following link for more information,
There is no option which you could enable which upon reconnection would flatten all account positions however this may be possible through an unsupported custom Addon.
Even in this case however, a reestablished connection would be required before the Addon could submit close position calls.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.Alan P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
