How to describe this kindle of candle using bollinger

Dear Team,
Can you teach me how to describe this kindle of candle using bollinger or any other good way.

The Low[0] is almost equal bollinger[0] but actually it is not,so how can I describe this kind of candle?

Thanks for your post.

It would be fairly rare that an indicator and a price level would be exactly the same. This is because price is limited to the minimum movement of the indicator (1 tick) whereas an indicator is usually calculated to a precision that may be in between the minimum price movement, so using an "equals" check may not work or work consistently.

Options you have are:

1) To use CrossAbove or Crossbelow (Does price (High, Low, Close)) cross above or cross below the the Bollinger line of interest.

2) Compare price to the indicator with a range (Creating a "window" around the indicator's current value) IE: is Low[0] less than Bollinger lower line + 1 * TickSize AND is Low[0] greater than Bollinger lower line - 1 * TickSize.
