How can I assign a % of my capital to a strategy

I have two strategies and I want to assign a percentage of my capital to each of them, what is the best way to do that?

This would require calculating your own percentage from your account's available funds. To reference the funds of your account, you can use Account.Get(AccountItem.CashValue, Currency.UsDollar).
