How evaluate 2 instruments and operate in 1

Hi!. I have a issue developing my strategy.

I want to evaluate a couple of conditions in an instrument, but the buy / sell order do it in another instrument.

How can I do it?

You can find a sample of this concept included with NinjaTrader called SampleMultiInstrumentStrategy.

Are you trying to use the strategy builder or manually code this? If the primary instrument is what you wanted to place trades to, this is also possible in the builder.

The terms you are looking for would be to use the BarsInProgress. The BarsInProgress determines what instrument is calling OnBarUpdate to process logic, this is also used in may other places where you retrieve data or submit orders. The linked help guide section is a crucial part of understanding this type of development.
