Exit on session close

I have a strategy that uses a custom "trading hours" template. It starts at 6:30pm and ends at 4:30pm the following day. I have exit 30 seconds before session close. The exit occurs at midnight. Should this occur 30 seconds before 4:30pm? What is the point of custom hours if the strategy doesn't use them? Thanks.

• How are you running the strategy? (ie. Live, Market Replay, Strategy Analyzer)
  
• What bar type are you using?
  
• Are you using Calculate.OnBarClose or Calculate.OnEachTick?
  
• Are you using "Break at EOD"?
