    Hello neo1980,
    Thanks for your post.

You can configure crossover conditions in the Strategy Builder by using the 'cross above' and 'cross below' comparisons in the Conditions and Actions category. There is an example of how to accomplish this in the following help guide documentation.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

        Hello neo1980,

It sounds like you have both 'Cross above' and 'Cross below' conditions in the same "Set". If you change the "If All" that I have circled in the attached screenshot to "If Any" than either condition in the Set can be true to make the action happen.

You will need to logically separate your buy and sell conditions into different sets by clicking the "+" tab that is also circled in the attached screenshot, to add another tab.

The following help guide documentation explains how to use the conditions and actions section of the Strategy Builder..

If you have already considered both items I mentioned above please send me a screenshot of your conditions and actions screen of the Strategy Builder. To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
