Check that a managed strategy has reached the EntriesPerDirection limit?

How can I determine if the Strategy (managed) has reached the EntriesPerDirection? I would like to make a flag property that i can use to stop further trading once the EntriesPerDirection limit has been reached, meaning that afterwards no more positions will be opened even if the position is flattened.

Thanks for your post.

There are no properties available to advise the count of entries to the EntriesPerDirection.

If you are placing a consistent quantity per order, you could check Position.Quantity and divide by your quantity per order and this would provide a reasonable proxy of the number of entries.

Alternatively, you can create you own int variable that you increment each time an order is placed and then set a bool based on the count equaling your limit.
