RSI intraday filtered with daily Moving average

Hello,

Could someone tell me how to do the following:

I would like to buy when RSI of 15 mins chart is crosses above 20 and daily Simple Moving Average is trending up on previous daily bar.

This will require a couple of difference concepts to create.

Next, to create your condition:

(1) Compare the RSI value to a value of 20 using the Crossabove() method.

(2) There are multiple ways to determine trend strength, so you would need to select the indicator you wanted to use to indicate trend strength. You would first create the SMA using the daily series as an input, and then pass the SMA into the trend indicator of your choice. Compare that to the previous daily bar using the concepts of Multi-Time Frame indicators at the above help guide.
