Scale In/Out using ATMStrategy from within a NinjaScript

I can use ATMStrategyCreate to create the strategy just fine. What I want to do is create the strategy, then add positions to the created strategy like you can do within chart trader. Is there a command that I can use to do this? Something that will allow me to specify that this new order is to be assigned to a specific running atm strategy?
