Start Stop times between days same trade session?

Hello,

If I want to trade Futures between 10 PM to 3 AM, and sometimes between 4AM to 6AM - how to make generic function?

ToTime won't help here when start/stop times spans across days (it will work find if Start and Stop within same day but not across days)...

I need to check if Time[0] is between start and end times to allow trading...
