Is it possible to export data it automatically, for instance every 60 minutes?

That capability does not exist in the platform.

It may be possible using an external program such as "Autoit" that is designed for automating the Windows GUI and general scripting. This is not an endorsement of autoit nor advising that it can perform the functionality you desire but is a starting point for you to review and investigate.
