Hello johnnybegoode,

This would be the percent of the price.

As an example 10 percent of 1000 would be 100 and the stop would be placed at 900.

Also, a note from the help guide:
Please note in percentage calculation mode a value of 1 is equal to 100%, a value of 0.1 is equal to 10%, and a value of 0.01 will be 1%
