Does SystemPerformance.RealTimeTrades.TradesPerformance .Currency.CumProfit include profit of any currently open trades?

Unfortunately, SystemPerformance only includes closed trades and does not include open trades.
You can get the unrealized of the account (if supported by the brokerages) with Account.Get(AccountItem.UnrealizedProfitLoss).
Or you would need to track this with custom logic. Below is a link to an example.
