Position Sizing Forex

As an example for EURJPY. My account is in GBP so I need the current GBPJPY value to correctly position size trades on EURJPY.

Is there a way of pulling the current value of GBPJPY from the server, or is the only way to add a data series of GBPJPY to the strategy?

Thank you for the post.

In general for a script to see values from an instrument, it would need to either be applied to that instrument or subscribe to its data by adding a series. I believe to answer your question it would be that you need to add the additional series if you want to use the price from it.

I thought as much. I just wondered if there was a less data intensive way of grabbing prices without channeling another price feed.
