Unable to submit order...Exceeds account's maximum position quantity

I have integrated NinjaTrader with my Broker's Scanning Software via the OIF files. All seem good.. NinjaTrader picks up OIFs and executes ATM Strategies with Entry, Stop & TargetOrders. However in few cases I see that Target Order is getting rejected which then cancels the Stop Order as well.(Its understood as per the ATM Strategy explaination in NT-8 documentation).

I am not able to understand why the Target Orders are getting rejected, when there is sufficient capital in the account. On Sim1 account
- Max Position Size =50
- Max Position Quantity =50
- Account Value 100,000

I see Stop and Target are tied via OCO-ID and still I get this error, while the Entry order goes through.

Attached excel has example of successful and failed ATM Strategy Logs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you reduce your size to 1 contract do you see the issue?

If you open NinjaTraders control center>Accounts Tab>right click on Account>Max Position Quantity=100, does the issue persist?
