First bar of session in strategy wizard

I'm trying to duplicate my trading by doing an opening range breakout strategy. When I do backtesting it doesn't fill right away when breakout happens on first bar. Sometimes it waits for 3 or 4 bars or doesnt trigger an order at all. Later in the day if price revisits the opening bar level, then it will trigger...sometimes. I'm using CME US index futures for trading hours. I can also email over what I have. I must be close to getting but need some tuning I can't figure out myself. I have 2 variables for bar open high and low. I then have 4 condition sets. 2 are for first bar of session=true for condition and action is OpenHigh=high[0]. same for low side. My other 2 sets are long with cross above high,open high and vice versa. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
