Thanks for your post.
Are these lines(levels) being programmatically added or are you adding them manually?
How does the window in your screenshot contribute to the levels? Is that a custom addon that you created or did you get it from somewhere else?
Are you wanting to draw a price level on your chart manually and then submit an order whenever the line is crossed?
