how to define 30 or 70 RSI levels?

Hello everyone, I am looking to see how I can define the 30 and 70 level of the RSI in the strategy builder. For example, a short order when it drops below 70 or Buy when crosses over the 30 value.

Are you trying to make a fully automated NinjaScript Strategy?

If so, I would recommend starting with the Strategy Builder.

In the conditions add a new condition.
For example, on the left select the RSI indicator, in the Plots select the RSI plot (unless you want the Avg plot), in the center select Cross above, on the right select Misc -> Numeric value, and set the value to 70.

I made this strategy in the strategy builder but it does not work, also tried to change the cross above by cross below, but still no result. What can I do?

Were you sure to enable the strategy when you apply it to a chart?

Are there any errors in the log tab of your Control Center when the strategy is enabled and running?

Can you please post screenshots of your strategy conditions?

Well it seems to work now (sort of) in the strategy analyzer but I would like to test it in Replay and on Sim during live sessions, is that possible?

Yes, you can test these on either the Replay connection or a live data feed connection. All orders will be placed to the account selected in the strategy configuration menu. When you use the Playback connection, it will always use the Playback101.

At the moment the strategy gives results in the strategy analyser but not in Replay, what am I doing wrong?

Were you sure to check "Enable" in the strategy setup? What is your "Bars Required To Trade" set to when you set up your strategy? You can also add Print statements to debug anything that might be going wrong. Please see this help guide link that describes using Print statements::
