How to Use Strategy Builder to create multi timeframe strategies?

How do you instruct the builder to take into consideration an indicator value from a higher timeframe? Take the EMA as a an example, 'If price is less than EMA 200 on 50 range bar chart for X instrument, and matches with conditions set on lower timeframe, enter trade'. That's the gist of what I'd like to say.
