That changing the order of operations back resulted in the initial problem is a tip that there is an issue with you're bools.
I was not able to replicate that 3700 loss however I would go back to that date and example the entries/exits, confirm you're not missing data, seeing any errors in the log tab.
Confirm you are on the most recent update of NT8.16.3
If you are still unable to get your strategy working it may be best for you to use the approach of submitting a stop/target in the following example,
