2 contract strategy - Stop moved to BE after first contract is filled

I am using a fairly straight forward 2 contract ATM strategy for scalps. I set stop loses for both contracts and when the market hits +3 ticks the first contract locks in profit and the second contract moves to the stop to break even. The issue I am trying to solve is when the market hits +3 and does NOT fill the first contract, the second contract will have its stop moved to break even. How does one set up the trade so the trigger for the stop on the second contract does not happen until the first contract is filled? any help is appreciated.

I wanted to clarify your question. Are you asking about manually submitting ATM strategies or are you currently programming a NinjaScript strategy that uses ATM strategies?

ATM strategies, in general, are not capable of doing more logic than what the template builder displays, so extra steps such as waiting for a fill would not be possible. The events such as break-even would rely on the current price along with the values you enter in contrast to the average entry price. What you are asking about is possible in manual programming with NinajScript to base events on order fills.
