How can I create a strategy in Strategy Builder, that I make a purchase at an indicated time?, for example, at 9:45 am, make the purchase

Thanks for your post.

In the strategy builder you would compare the Time series current bar [0] to the specified time, 9:45 AM.

In the help guide of the strategy builder are example conditions, one of those is how to check to see if the current bar is at 10:00 AM which is very similar to your needs. Please see, "How to create time comparisons" here: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...on_builder.htm
