In which dir should I put external DLLs I want to reference ?

Thank you for the post.

You may put these dll in any directory you wish, you will have to specify the path in your NinjaScript Editor by right click>References. This will add the dll as a global reference.

To keep things organized, you could put them in NinjaTrader 8\bin\custom, and then add the reference.

Thank you for the reply.

You might not have the correct path set for the files. Please double check the path that the files reside in and make sure that you have a reference set to that exact path.

Please post a screenshot of the error if there is no resolution. To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Once I moved the DLL to the custom dir and did a restart all was ok. I have had this problem before and you need to have the files inside the custom folder. Thanks for the help
