You would need to print out any values that will help you find out why the conditions are not acting the way you want them to.

It looks like the time values are the culprit. When setting the string to print go to Add an action>misc>Print>in the message field, click Set>next to string0, click set>Go to Time and print out a time value. The Strategy must be running on your chart in order for the print statements to work. Additionally, these statements will only print every time your entry condition becomes true.
