Activation Trade

I'm looking to trade the markets overnight. Tradestation has a function called activation rule where you can set a trade entry based on price or time. Does ninjatrader have such a function? I am hoping to set up this kind of trade with additional atm strategies.

We have the Strategy Builder in NinjaTrader, which requires minimal(sometimes zero) knowledge in programming or scripting to create custom trading strategies.
