Ninja Trader 8

I am trying to build a strategy on Ninja Trader 8, yet while the wizard walks me through several steps, it never gives me an option to add logic parameters or actions. Why is this, or how do I add these?

Was the strategy created as a locked script with the Strategy Builder (New -> Strategy Builder) or was this created as an unlocked script from the NinjaScript Editor by right-clicking the Strategy folder and selecting new?

(Only strategies created with the Strategy Builder will be editable by the Strategy Builder. New scripts created from the NinjaScript Editor will open with the Strategy Wizard.)

I created the strategy as an unlocked script using the NinjaScript Editor.

Is the ability to add logic parameters and actions only available via the Strategy Builder?
