AddDataSeries question

Hi

I have read your documentation and understand that it is "unwise" to use parameters to set the AddDataSeries values. I want to create AddDataSeries whereby I can reset the values to different timeframes and different symbols without having to hardcode the values.

For example I have;
AddDataSeries("@USOIL", Data.BarsPeriodType.Minute, 10, Data.MarketDataType.Last);

and would ideally like to make the symbol and timeframe value different, so in parameters I would enter "EURUSD" and 30.

If I cannot use parameters is there any alternate way?

There is not suggested or supported way, either through parameters or otherwise, to dynamically add/change data series however I have added your vote to the popular feature request SFT-882.
