You can certainly use indicators within the logic of a strategy to control certain actions. I could not recommend a specific indicator for you, as desired trading signals are different for each trader, and we are not qualified to provide trading advise.

You could create conditions that check if some preliminary conditions become true and then set a bool to true. You could then wrap the rest of the strategy logic in a condition that checks if the bool has become true.
