NT8 not connecting to my demo CQG account

Hi - hope you can help.

I am trialling NT8 with Jigsaw integration and have signed up for a demo feed from CQG.

Having previously worked, it is now not connecting. The message I am getting is:

MyCQG: Exception of type 'CQG.Trader.DataAccess.SessionManager.NoAccountsFo rUserException' was thrown. (Logon failed).


CQG have confirmed that the account is set up and activated correctly.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Can you please clarify where you applied for this CQG demo connection. Did you apply for the demo connection at the link below?

On what date did you receive the email with the demo login credentials from CQG?

This was yesterday (the 11th July)

Can you please apply for a free demo connection at the link below and check if you can connect using this new demo connection. You will receive an email from CQG with the demo login credentials at the email address you enter.
