Time of day availability of free end-of-day Kinetick data

When is the free EOD data ready for download? At what time of the day?

I've seen it ready as early as 5pm Eastern, or maybe even sooner, but I think I've seen that some symbols aren't sometimes ready by that time. I usually don't expect to see any complete set of delayed end-of-day stock until 7pm Eastern. Am I waiting too long? I'd like to download the data for my stocks sooner, like 4:30 or 5:00pm Eastern, but I'm not sure the data is always ready to download by then.

Please let me know what time of day it is reliably ready.

When using Kinetick End of Day, the data should be available at the close of the instrument requested (end of day.)
