EOD data chart longer than 1 year

How can I make chart of EOD data - ETF-SPY longer than 1 year in NT8?
If I put into the box "Days to load" more than 365 days, I will get only blank screen.
If I put any number up to 365 days, I have the chart I need.

Who are you connected to? Click on the Control Center > Connections > Tell me the name of the connection(s) that have a green circle to the left of the name.

I could not reproduce this on my end when connected to NinjaTrader Continuum. I'd like to remotely connect to your system to investigate further.

I have just made chart for SP500 for period of 2 years. The one for SPY is for period 1 year only whatever I do.
