RTY quotes not coming through

The cme RTY quotes aren't coming through NT8 for me. I'm using IQFeed and they appear when I use their quote app but they aren't carrying through to NT.

I'm using NT 7.0 and have the same issue with Kinetick...No RTY data...Already submitted a support ticket this morning, but no response...

We have resolved the symbol mapping.
Please restart NinjaTrader to pull in the update for NinjaTrader 8.
NinjaTrader 7 you will need to edit the mapping. See the link below:

anything on RTY? I have ninjatrader 7 and CQG i restarted ninja and still no RTY on the instrument manager

Can you provide more instructions for moving TF to RTY on NT8. Restarting NT8 does nothing. I can add RTY to the futures list, but there is no contract expiration date.

Is there an easy way to move all TF charts to RTY?

If you have TF charts open, you can switch them to RTY by following these steps:

• Click on the magnifying glass next to the instrument in the top left of your chart. Screenshot example: https://www.screencast.com/t/HcrxKy6zjI
• Search for RTY
• Select RTY > OK

This will automatically populate the current front month (09-17 at the time of this post)

Alternatively, select a chart and begin typing (a mini-data series box will automatically appear) 'RTY 09-17' then press enter.
