    Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

    Please right click on your chart and select Properties. Then, scroll down until you find the Lines section and find the Grid Line - horizontal and Grid Line - vertical settings. Click on the right facing arrow to the left of the names of these settings to expand the parameters. you can adjust the color of the grid lines, or the opacity here so that they appear on your chart - it is possible you have the transparent color applied.

      opacity is set at 100, colors set to white [background is black], visible box is checked ... but still no grid lines?

          Hello,

          I would like both of you to please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

          You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

          Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

          Please reference this forum post in the body of the email and enter ATTN Alan S in the subject line.
