VM Ware Chart Problem

Hi,
Have problem with Ninja Trader 8 on Vmware 8.8.8 with Windows 8.1 64.
The problem is, the installation and the very first run work's fine but after restart the Ninja Trader it wan't show the chart anymore. Connecting to server is ok no problem at all but chart is no more visible left top corner shows Loading.. but nothing happens.

Log: Market data failed for 'CL 06-17 the subscrition to this instrument has been aborted. Dependet network sevices and/or data were not available.
This error i get on every instrument.

The network is connected because the light is green. I have also unchecked the document from system/sharing and installed with the right instruction and have also tried with different network setting and with Latest Parallels Demo the same problem. Just the first run works.

Would be great if anyone can help me.

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

I imagine the error related to the CL is due to the fact that you are trying to look at an old contract - if the issue is the same with the other instruments, please attempt to rollover your instruments and then let me know if the issue persists.

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:

Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
Close this window when this process completes.
