Bad TF data, distorts chart

Hello,

There's a bad data point in the TF daily data, the Russell 2000 futures, showing a drop from 1400 to 100. Can you correct the bad data? The chart is unusable with that bad data point.

Oh sure, I forgot that there may be different futures data brokers.

My futures data comes from you, from NinjaTrader Continuum.

I have tested the TF data on my end and I am unable to produce the drop you are experiencing. Can you please clarify if you have reloaded your historical data? To do so please right click within the chart and select "Reload all historical data."

Yes, I reloaded all historical data. Several times actually. The bad data is in the daily data. Looks like it is a day or two ago, certainly in the last week.

The data is TF 09-17.

I have been able to reproduce the large drop. Can you please connect to Kinetick End Of Day and reload the historical data? Can you please clarify if you receive the same results?
