can I install both NT 7 and 8 ?

hello ninjas,

can I install both 7 and 8 ? because I've seen a lot of strats that u can add on only in ninja 7 .

I just installed ninja, really excited , I wanna try out the free version for now,
do I get accurate graphs and volume data feed ? and if not , how good is it from 1-100 ? and would u say it's good enough for a backtesting doing to verify strategy legit ?

Thank you for your post. You can install both 7 and 8 on the same PC without conflicting issues.

thanks for your help, good picture I got this ,
but for now, I wanna do backtesting and try this system out,
can I have a data ? I putted ES eminis and the last few recently days are missing , can I make it work ? mmmm... and can I have live data in free mode ?

I've done it, and I have connection , when I put ES eminis on the graph - I always need to change to 24/7 in order for that to work, and even then I don't get the last 1-2 weeks of market action on the daily bars.
I don't get it , pls help

weird.. NJ7 does give the last days bars on the chart, but I wish I could have version 8 works as well

Hello netanel99,
To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" (NT7) or "Trading hours" (NT8) property to 'Default 24/7', then click OK.

Can you please clarify how many days to load you have on the chart within your data series as well?
If you create a New Chart does it display the same as well?
