Drawing Object - Ray

Hello. If I want to draw a Ray and make sure it attaches to the exact hi and lo of bars how do I do that?

Thanks for your post.

In the drawing tool, you can change the "snap mode" to "Bar and Price". Snap mode is the first selection under the "Pencil" icon Make sure you have the mouse at the bar you wish to start with and are on the high or low side then left click to anchor the start, once the ray start is anchored as you move the cursor you will see the ray jump from bar to bar, once you are on the second point, left click again to anchor the Ray.

Thanks. I had done that once but I guess it went back to default. Is it possible to keep this mode permanent?

Yes, it would be expected to stay in the last mode you used, on a per chart basis and saving your workspace.
