only limited historical data loading

Hi

I am trying to load historic daily data in a chart, and I am trying to use 1500 Days (roughly 6 years) to load a longer historic data, but the chart only loads up to 3 years, e.g. for an end date of June 25, 2017, it loads only going back to June 25, 2014.

I am using Ninjatrader 8 (64-bit). I have tried both pulling data from Interactive Brokers and Kinetic's free end of day data.

Is there any way to increase the size of the historic data loaded on the chart?

Hello uday12,

Likely you are hitting the limits of the amount of historical data on the historical data servers for Kinetick or Interactive Brokers, whichever you are getting this data from.

In other words, the historical data servers for the connection has only recorded data going back that far.

You would need to look for an alternative data source.
